Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Clearance or marked “Final Sale” items
  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange:

  • Contact us before sending your item back
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Receive return instructions and shipping details
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance
